Yes, we provide our own equipment and cleaning supplies unless the customer requires a specific cleaning supply in which then they would have to provide.
We can offer a natural ingredient cleaning solution but will incur an additional cost for the add-on service.
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment an hour before your cleaning, we may charge a $40 last-minute change / cancellation fee. Please note that weekend fees are different. If you choose to cancel your cleaning service an hour before we will charge you $69 cancellation fee.
The price is dependant on the size of your home, the number of pets you have, the frequency of cleaning, and if any other add-on services are requested.
Clients with large homes often prefer to order our hourly service, and pick and choose which parts of the house they want us to clean on a visit-by-visit basis. That being said, we offer fixed price options to best suit the client.
Tipping is entirely optional, but always appreciated by your cleaner.
You can either be at home to let them in, hide a key somewhere, or give us a lockbox code to be kept on file.
We clean many homes a day, and it’s impossible for us to determine exactly how long each home cleaning will take. That’s why we offer you a preferred window of time, instead of a specific appointment time. But for recurring cleaning options, we will do our very best to accommodate your specific time requirements.

Not a problem! You can reschedule or cancel via text or email. Make sure to reschedule or cancel at least an hour before your cleaning, to avoid a last-minute rescheduling fee.
